I was just wondering if anyone else on here has ever played any of
the Dungeoneer games? |

I've played one game of "Tomb of the Lich Lord" - I quite enjoyed it, but
that may be influenced by the fact that I won (we were all new players, so
nobody really knew what they were doing).
The concept was sold to me as "role-playing in a card game" - that's not
quite true, it's very much "dungeon-crawling in a card game".

Yeah, it kind of reminds me of the IBM PC game "Dungeon Hack", from SSI.
I've played "Dungeoneer: Dragons of the Forsaken Wastes" twice in the
past week, and enjoyed it. First time around took about 4 hours, and
second time around took 2 hours. Most of that was because we were
reading and looking up rules, and part of it was because 1 of the
players really has a tough time making decisions.
I like how you build the dungeon from cards. However, it seems to be
very difficult to heal yourself in this game. There is one dungeon card
where you can go to heal yourself, but if your quests don't heal you on
completion, and that card doesn't come out until late in the game, it
can be very difficult.
The expansions I was looking for, "Haunted Woods of Malthorin", and
"Den of the Wererats", are unfortunately out of print. |

I have one of those 6 issues in a bundle that included F'Chelrak's Tomb and the
Pharaoh's Tomb and the Fabled Garden of Merlin.

What? I have no idea what you are referring to. |

As do I.

It is possible to have a very easy or very difficult time with
ones quests. When the difficulty levels do not match between
opponents, it is frustrating.
It was an interesting idea, but I do not think it quite came off.

Those are the ones that I have. I am open to reasonable offers
if you are still interested. If so, go to E-mail.
