At least the one at Great Southern, in south Columbus (OH) does...
They have them mixed with a large selection of movies in a $3
bin. The titles all seem to be from Navarre/Funimation, and
I saw odd discs from Basilisk, Beck, Fullmetal Alchemist
(including the movie), Full Metal Panic TSR, Kodocha,
Trinity Blood, Dragonball Z/GT, Suzuka, Samurai 7
and others. I picked up FMA 3 (Viridian Collction;
just need 2 to complete the set) and the first volume of
Beck (I've been wanting to check this out, and $3 is cheap
enough for me to dip my toe into).

For those into PC games, they got in some new games
as well, like Enemy Territory:Quake Wars for $6...

Up here they haven't yet, they seem to be out of the anime from
the last stock (Steamboy et. al.) but still have the lame
Hollywood movies that were there then (where does merchandice
that doesn't sell from a closeout store go?) plus some lame
Christmas cartoons.

It was the same way at the Houston one on South Main Friday evening. A dry
hole this visit. With luck I'll get a chance to go again this coming week.
