So is London, but I don't hear you complaining.

You haven't been paying attention have you?

About what?

Dave

Typical street actually:) Anyway, it is not only the home of the 'ladies of
the night' it has lots of other shops too! I had my ears pierced at a shop
in that street:)

Its funny that the only people in the whole world who complain or talk
condescendingly about London are parochially minded Englishmen. A strange
thing. Most places I go people are at least interested or take a pride in
thier capital city, (although they may complain about cost and traffic etc)
when you say you live in London the commonest response is "cool". But
provincial Brits in some tedious small town will actually pity you living
in one of the worlds great cities.

Well, unless things have changed, people did live on Comino. No proper
roads, just cart tracks but live there people did. I will check with my
friend. Do you wish me to ask about good food places?

I read that on the site someone posted. It said it was now uninhabited.

I am discouraged by the rain, so I will probably go in better weather. I'm
still very interested, but this December trip will probably not be Malta,
because I was looking for some relief from winter gloom.

Try Britain for winter gloom. You aint seen nothing like it.
