I'm working on a game project featuring "urban exploration" as the main
theme. I expect it to involve a GTA-styled "sandbox" layout, allowing
players to travel throughout a city, and enter various buildings or
complexes. It will likely involve both first-person, and third-person views.

I'm looking forward to any advice or ideas someone may have for this
