I saw an ad on TV last night for this band playing in my area, in a
very small venue. I ended up buying tickets, main floor, 5th row. This
morning I went back to the ticket site and saw they were sold out.
Guess I got lucky.

Anyway, my questions are;
Has anyone saw this band?
Does anyone know the playlist?
I searched for reviews for the band and couldn't find any set lists.
TYIA for any and all info.
Sorry for being slightly off topic.

I've seen Rain many times and I feel they are the best -- they play
note-for-note to all Beatle songs. Go to their web site and then go
to the tab "forum." Click that and then go to "Fans of Rain." One of
the posters there will give you a song list.
PS: If you're a die-hard Beatles fan, you'll love Rain! Have fun and
enjoy!

Ahhh....thank you. I saw the play list and even the fact that it
changes from show to show. And to call me a die hard is probably an
understatement. No matter which songs they play, I will know every
word. 40+ years of listening will do that. : )
My dad put up with us listening to the Beatles when we were kids.
I remember asking him if he liked them and he said "I guess so, I just
can't understand the words." Compared to some music these days, that's
pretty funny.
I also remember him coming home and singing a song from his car's AM
radio. Very loudly and VERY off key, he was singing "Man on the run"
We cracked up so hard. He asked what was so funny and we HAD to tell
him it was "BAND on the run". He shrugged and just kept singing "Man
on the run". I didn't even have the heart to tell him that it wasn't
even a Beatles song. : ) |
