Here are my instructions (and pictures) of my new squirrel feeder.

Pretty simple, take a 2 foot 2x4, cut it in half, and nail it together
so it makes an L shaped joint. Put a drywall screw through the
horizontal part of the L, screw on an ear of corn.

If you build it, they will come. My squirrels love to fight over the
corn, I've had up to 4 chasing each other around on it.
