on a recent trip to the eastern pt of nc my nephew took his son lil bily
who is just 11 with my son n mysef we hunted the first day with no luck
except for seeing doe billy whom is my nephew and his son lil billy was
watching a field the next day when a big doe came across the tobacco
field lil billy was excited n ejected the shell from his pump 20 guage
needless to say the deer got away he was frutrated of coarse .
the president of our club said to shoot doe that day if we wanted to
me and my son wayne each took a nice doe , just down the road another
guy that was hunting with us coty took a doe also i called billy n told
him that we had 3 deer on the truck n was going to the hunting camp to
skin them .
billy told me that he had missed a deer that morning n lil bliiy was
wanting to shoot one bad after we all went back to camp ate a bite n
sit for a while after skinning the deer we went on an evening hunt
billy let lil billy sit by himself in a scaffold stand in about 45 mins
lil billy seen a big buck that was outta rage he shot any way n missed
he was really upset then .
the next morning we put him back in the same scaffold stand at 730 or
so 15 mins later a nice 3 ponit came out of a trail lil billy said he
heard the doggs comming with him n got ready the buck came out the trail
n the little guy shot dropping the buck 20 feet from where he had shot
him his first deer n it was a buck needless to say the rest of the
weekend n the 5 hr ride home he rubbed it in our face lol he got a buck
n we got doe i was happy for him being my great nephew he is learning
from his dad wayne myself what a joy to see things i taught my son n
nephew now they are teaching my great nephew way to go lil billy |
