If anything like in US, you would have to ask the local officials. If
you need a hunting license, it would be spelled out in the rules
booklet which comes with license. In US rules not only vary from
state to state but from district to district within the state. For
example, I hunt deer with crossbow in Delaware and Pennsylvania and
both require a permit certified by a physician that you have physical
problems. On the other hand, the area of Pennsylvania I hunt, does
not require the permit. Then in Ohio you can use any type bow to hunt
deer.

I would simply contact your local fish and game warden and ask him/her.
Asking legal issues on an internet forum rarely gets you accurate answers.
