Two does in the freezer after this weekend.

My dad shot a nice big doe on the run at about 40 yards.

Mine was a little smaller, standing stock still at 100 yards. I was
leaning over a corral, bracing on the post.

North Dakota is such a great place to hunt. We saw 20 deer in 1.5
days of hunting, and took shots on 4 of them. Had about an inch of
snow on the ground, which made for easy tracking.

We are heading back on friday to get a couple more with the tags we
have left over from the early antlerless season.
